OmniGlobe Networks EMEA technically manages the software package to bring the customer asserted SLA information and automatic response to equipment problems.
We write the network diagrams, the wiring lists and the cable drawings and document everything for a handover to users which allows maximum use of the software. We will check all solutions prior to arriving on site, minimising on-site time. We are also a company with many people cleared for access to sensitive sites.
Whenever necessary, we can even "embed" employees for a fixed and elongated period to manage the handover and ensure smooth operation.
