Nicolae Iuoras
Nicolae Iuoras (M.Eng.) leads a team of specialist engineers in the systems development and design of wireless and satellite networks throughout the world. Nicolae holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and is now in his fifth year at OmniGlobe Networks, having joined OGN in late 2004.
He is a satellite, wireless and TCP/IP systems expert, having previously developed a novel scheme for the allocation of dynamic capacity in wireless and satellite networks to simultaneously meet the requirements for bandwidth efficiency and Quality of Service (QoS). He has also contributed to the development of Performance Enhancement Proxy (PEP) technology to enhance TCP/IP application.
